President of More Women in Power
Evelina Tsileva currently serving as the President of More Women in Power, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing and supporting women’s representation in leadership roles and decision-making capacities across a wide array of sectors. Ms Tsileva holds a master’s degree in Trade Economics from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. Her career started in 2007 with extensive experience in administrative and finance services as an Expert in the Regional Governor Administration. In 2021, Ms Tsileva was a candidate on the deputy list for the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria during the Bulgarian General Election. In the last few years, her work has focused on creating pathways for sustainable change through policy advocacy, community engagement, and capacity-building programs. Ms Tsileva is known for her commitment to fostering inclusive policies and her active role in the public sphere, where she addresses challenges and opportunities related to equal representation across government positions. Her vision is to create a society where women’s voices shape a more balanced and justice-driven future.
