Our scope
Our scope includes advancing circular cities, circular innovation, and circular tourism, alongside supporting energy transition, green growth, and the blue economy. We emphasize the protection of cultural heritage, integrating it into sustainability strategies, and highlight the pivotal role of civil society in achieving climate neutrality. Our geographical focus extends to the Mediterranean, Black, and Red Seas, uniting regions and their interconnected sea basins.
By tackling challenges across production, consumption, ecodesign, renewable energy, hydrogen, ecomobility, and circular AI, we aim to mainstream circular economy principles into EU and national policies, as well as the business sector through circular entrepreneurship. The Symposium also fosters circular diplomacy, positioning it as the umbrella for climate, environment, and energy diplomacy. By uniting best practices, innovative solutions, and inclusive strategies, we ensure that no aspect of sustainability is overlooked.
