Dimitris has extensive experience in designing and implementing green transition projects at national and European level, with expertise in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability innovation. He has played a key role as Strategic Advisor and Project Manager in flagship initiatives such as Gr-eco Islands (Chalki, Poros), while also engaging in energy communities, green finance, and sustainable infrastructure.
As an EU Climate Pact Ambassador, he actively promotes climate awareness and the involvement of citizens, businesses, and institutions in achieving Europe’s sustainability goals. His background in public–private partnerships (PPPs), financial instruments, and cross-sector collaborations makes him a strong contributor to initiatives that maximize environmental impact, foster social inclusion, and drive sustainable growth.
