Deputy Secretary General of BSEC PERMIS
Ambassador Dimitrios Rallis has served as Deputy Secretary General of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) since July 2022. With over 40 years of distinguished diplomatic experience, he has held senior positions in Greek missions to the UN, EU and several capitals, and served as Ambassador of Greece to Cyprus and Germany. As former Chairman of COREPER I and Director General for European Affairs at the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he has played a leading role in advancing European integration, regional cooperation, economic development and good-neighbourly relations, including Greece’s contribution to the transformation of BSEC into a regional economic organization.
