Dr. Rokkos is the Chairman and CEO of TST International SA which is a ship management and shipping company. He was awarded a Doctorate degree in Maritime (Risk) Management. He has also obtained a Master of Science in Marine Engineering and Management as well as an LLM in Maritime Law. He holds a Diploma in International Accounting (IFRS) and a Diploma in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering. He was awarded as a European Engineer (Dipl. Eur. Ing.) and he is retaining the title of Chartered Engineer.
