Nektarios Demenopoulos holds a degree in International and European Economic Studies from the Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in European Studies from the University of Athens. Following his studies, he held various managerial positions in the Greek private sector. He is married and the father of five children. Since 2006, he has been employed at Piraeus Port Authority S.A. (PPA S.A.). In 2011, he was appointed Investor Relations Officer, responsible for communication with both Greek and international shareholders and investors. In May 2026, he was promoted to Manager of Public Relations, Corporate Culture & Investors Relations Department.
