Minister of Local Self-Government, Republic of North Macedonia
Zlatko Perinski is a manager with considerable experience in various industries. He was born on January 14, 1983, in Skopje.
Perinski completed higher education at the Faculty of Physical Culture at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, where he earned the title of graduate professor and coach. Later, he continued his education at the Institute for Political-Legal Research at the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, where he obtained a master’s degree in human resource management with the thesis: “The Leader as a Creator of Organizational Changes”.
His professional career began in 2009 as the founder and manager of a private stem cell company. In 2012, Perinski founded a private company that is the representative office of a German bank for stem cells in the countries of the Balkan region.
In the period from 2014 to 2017, Perinski was the manager of the Sports Centre “Boris Trajkovski” in Skopje. From 2021 to 2022, he was the general director of the Public Enterprise “Water and Sewerage” in Skopje.
Perinski is polyglot and fluent in English.
